Information We Collect
When you (an Aviation/MRO professional) use ERP Finder, we collect:
Contact & Business Details: Name, Title, Email Address, Revenue, Number of Employees
Operational Information: Current ERP, ERP Contract End Date, Why You’re Switching, Desired Features, On-Premise vs. Cloud preference, Integrations Needed
Quiz Responses: Responses that help us match you with suitable ERP solutions
ERP providers also provide contact and business details to manage their subscription. We do not use cookies or other tracking tools on ERP Finder.
How We Use the Information
Matchmaking: We analyze quiz responses and business data to generate a recommendation report identifying ERPs best suited to a user’s operational needs.
Sharing with ERP Providers: We share user data with ERP providers that have subscribed to our Gold or Platinum packages, enabling them to contact potential leads and refine their offerings.
ERP Provider Data: Information provided by ERP providers (company size, product features, location, etc.) is used to power our matching algorithm for Aviation/MRO professionals.
Data Sharing
Gold/Platinum ERP Subscribers: Users’ quiz responses, including contact details, may be shared monthly with ERP providers who hold valid subscriptions. Platinum subscribers may also receive quarterly aggregated reports containing non-personal insights about user needs and business profiles.
Aggregated Data: We reserve the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics or market research.
Legal Disclosures: We may disclose your information if required by law or legal process, or if necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
Consent
Aviation/MRO Professionals: By submitting the quiz, you explicitly consent to share your data with our vetted ERP providers. You also consent to receiving relevant updates or communications from us or from these ERP providers.
ERP Providers: By subscribing to ERP Finder and providing your data, you agree that we may store and process your information to facilitate match recommendations and leads generation.
Data Retention & Deletion
Retention: Information is retained as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill our business objectives, or comply with legal obligations.
Deletion Requests: You may request data deletion at any time by emailing ask@aero-nextgen.software. We will remove or anonymize your data unless we are required by law to retain it.
Your Rights (GDPR & PIPEDA)
Access & Rectification: You can request a copy of your personal data and ask for corrections where needed.
Withdrawal of Consent: If you no longer wish to have your details shared with ERP providers, please contact us.
